Daily Responsibility:
- Manage & direct B2B sales of
Thyrocare products and service
- Send daily BOD & EOD
reports
- Handle Client Onboarding procedure as per the
Client Onboarding policy and liase with lab to get the client
activated in the system
- Create special & customized
packages for clients and liase with lab to get them created in
the system
- Maintain and develop good relationship with
current customers & prospect customers through personal
contact or meetings or via telephone etc
- Dealing with
customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email and
liase with lab to get them resolved.
- Introduce new
products to the clients and keep updating the clients
regularly
- Creating and executing campaigns for the
clients
- Timely collection of outstanding payments

Updating the MIS on the daily basis.
- Quarterly
reconciliation/balance confirmation from Clients
- Biannual
reconciliation of Client contracts
- Confirmation of monthly
invoicing /Credit Notes with Clients
- Prepare & update
Contracts and Credit Forms with all clients integrity,
honesty.

- Job Types: Full-time, Contract
