1. IT Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical
assistance and support to end-users regarding hardware, software,
networking, and other IT-related issues.
- Diagnose and
resolve technical problems, both remotely and in-person, ensuring
minimal disruption to workflow.
- Respond promptly to IT
support requests, prioritize tasks, and escalate complex issues
to appropriate team members or vendors, if required.

Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting
steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system.

Network and System Administration:
- Assist in the
administration and maintenance of network infrastructure,
including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access
points.
- Monitor network performance and proactively
identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal network
availability and performance.
- Configure and manage network
services, such as DHCP, DNS, VPN, and NGINX.
- Collaborate
with the IT team to implement and maintain security measures,
including firewalls, antivirus software, and access
controls.
3. IT Assets Management:
- Maintain an
up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including hardware,
software licenses, and peripherals.
- Coordinate IT asset
procurement, including researching and recommending suitable
products, obtaining quotes, and tracking purchases.

Install, configure, and update software applications on
workstations, laptops, and servers.
- Conduct regular audits
to ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and
maintain accurate asset records.
Proven experience in
providing IT support and troubleshooting in a professional
environment.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and
protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, NGINX, etc.).
Experience in
system administration, including Windows and/or Linux
environments.
Familiarity with network infrastructure
components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless
access points.
Knowledge of domain maintenance, including
Active Directory administration.
Proficient in IT asset
management, including procurement, inventory, and software
licensing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to
work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Strong
communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and
explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
