• Achieving own and team sales targets, productivity, and
performance.
• Creating and Executing business plans to
drive this achievement, and being responsible for the brands
strategic and tactical planning in line with company strategy and
standards
• Leading a team of Sales Associates and
providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.

Building and maintaining relationships with key clients.

Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers to
expand the sales pipeline.
• Analyzing market trends and
competitor activity to adjust sales strategies
accordingly.
• Conducting sales forecasting and reporting
to management.
• Negotiating contracts and pricing with
customers and suppliers
• Ensuring adherence to company
policies and procedures, including pricing, inventory
management.
• Managing and executing overall marketing
strategy that supports marketing communications, creatives and
digital marketing, product marketing, events, market trends and
consumer insights to understand consumer and market
requirements.
• Planning and driving long-term business
strategies for the brands to ensure optimal and steady
growth.
• Participating in the annual budgeting plans by
setting forecasts and developing annual sales quotas; projecting
expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies;
recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition,
supply, and demand.
• Communicating with the various
segments of distributors through, e-marketing, print,
tele-conference, meetings, social media, mobile.
10 to 12
years of experience among which 5 years of proven success in a
sales management role in the OTC field, mainly Skin care in the
Kingdome of Saudi Arabia
BSc Degree in Pharmaceutical, Applied
Sciences, or any related science degree
Strong personal
leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and
drive a team toward achieving strategic goals.
Proficient in
English, both Written & Verbal, with excellent communication
skills
Deep understanding of the dynamic and evolving
landscape of OTC business with different therapeutic
area
