مهام العمل: تسليم الطلبات والسلع
للعملاء عبر الطرق المحددة. الحفاظ
على الإتصال المنتظم مع منسقي
ومسؤولي الطرق. مراجعة عمليات
التسليم مع المستلمين لضمان
دقتها. الحصول على تأكيدات الاستلام
من العملاء. مسؤول عن النقل الآمن
للطلبات، وتقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة،
والحفاظ على سمعة الشركة. تقديم خدمة
عملاء متميزة وبناء ولاء العملاء من
خلال توصيل الطلبات في الوقت المحدد
وبأسلوب مهذب. التأكد من دقة الطلبات
وسلامتها أثناء التوصيل. الإبلاغ عن
أي مشكلات أو تأخيرات وحلها
بكفاءة. تمثيل الشركة بأفضل صورة من
خلال القيادة الآمنة، وحسن التصرف،
واحترام العملاء. إدارة عدة طلبات
ومواقع توصيل وعملاء في نفس
الوقت. توصيل الطلبات خلال مدة زمنية
مثالية لضمان نضارة التغذية ومراعاة
تفضيلات العملاء. قيادة السيارة
بأمان في كافة نوعيات الظروف
الجوية. التنقل بكفاءة في الشوارع
والطرق السريعة باستخدام نظام
GPS. الإتصال الواضح مع العملاء وموظفي
تقديم التغذية، وإظهار الاستعداد
لحل أي مشكلات أو إستعلامات. التحقق
من الطلبات قبل كل عملية تسليم
والحفاظ على سجل تسليم مفصل
وشامل. متطلبات الوظيفة: من الجنسية
الآسيوية أو العربية. إقامة صالحة
وفق المادة 18. رخصة قيادة سارية
المفعول وسجل قيادة نظيف. إمكانية
رفع وحمل الطلبات الثقيلة وقيادة
السيارة لفترات طويلة. العمر بين 25
إلى 35 سنة. للذكور فقط. خبرة عملية
بدوام كامل من سنتين إلى أربع سنوات
في نفس المجال (ويُفضل من سبق له
العمل في مجال التوصيل أو
كسائق). المرونة وإمكانية العمل تحت
الضغط. إتقان اللغة الآسيوية أو
العربية و/أو اللغة
الإنجليزية. مهارات إتصال ممتازة
(شفهية وكتابية). يُفضل من لديه خبرة
سابقة في العمل مع ديليفرو (DELIVEROO) أو
طلبات (TALABAT). Car Driver - Bike Rider – Delivery of
Consumers Goods A Delivery Driver, or Deliveryman, is
responsible for collecting orders and transporting them to
clients or customers. Their primary duties include scheduling
delivery times, picking up parcels and delivering orders to
customers on predetermined routes. • Delivering orders and
goods to customers on designated routes • Maintaining regular
communication with route dispatchers • Review deliveries with
recipients to ensure they’re accurate • Obtaining delivery
confirmations from customers • Responsible for safely
transporting orders, providing excellent customer service and
maintaining the company's reputation • Provide excellent
customer service and build customer loyalty by delivering food in
a timely, cordial manner • Ensure orders are delivered
accurately and in good condition • Communicate any issues or
delays and resolve problems efficiently • Represent the company
with excellence and professionalism by driving safely, exercising
good judgment, and treating customers with respect • Manage
multiple orders, delivery locations, and customers at the same
time • Deliver orders within an optimal period of time,
ensuring freshness of food and respect for customer
preferences • Safely operate a vehicle in all types of weather
conditions • Navigate local streets and highways efficiently
using GPS • Communicate clearly with customers and food service
employees, demonstrating an eagerness to work through any issues
or points of confusion • Verify orders before each delivery and
maintain a detailed, comprehensive delivery log Job
Requirements: • Asian Nationality / Arabs • Visa Article
18 • Valid driver’s license and clean driving
record • Ability to lift and carry heavy food orders and
operate a vehicle for prolonged periods of time • Age
25-35 • Male • 2-4 Years of full-time experience in same
field (preferably with couriers or drivers) • Flexible and able
to work under pressure. • Asian , Arabic and/or English
language fluency • Excellent communication skills (both written
and verbal) • Preferable being working with DELIVEROO & TALABAT
is a plus.
