Job Description: Overview: The Front Desk Coordinator is the
first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in
managing daily administrative operations and ensuring a seamless
client experience. This role requires a proactive and organized
individual who can efficiently manage client inquiries,
coordinate with practitioners, and handle various administrative
tasks. Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Handle all
incoming inquiries from clients via واتس آب, phone calls,
and in-person visits with professionalism and courtesy. Provide
detailed information about our services, practitioners, and
booking details. Coordination: Coordinate schedules and
appointments between clients and practitioners to ensure
efficient operations. Act as a liaison between clients,
practitioners, and management, facilitating smooth communication
and prompt resolution of any issues. Administrative
Support: Perform daily administrative tasks including data
entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining client records in
the CRM system. Prepare and compile regular reports on client
interactions, session bookings, and other relevant metrics for
management review. Client Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls
and messages to clients to confirm appointments and gather
feedback on their experiences. Manage reminders for upcoming
sessions and communicate any changes or cancellations to clients
and practitioners promptly. Requirements: Proven experience in
customer service or front desk roles, preferably in a healthcare
or wellness center environment. Strong organizational and
multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both
verbal and written. Proficient in using office management
software, CRM platforms, and strong ability to adapt to new
technologies. A friendly and professional demeanor, with the
ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Educational
Qualifications: High school diploma required; further education
or certification in administrative services or related field is a
plus.
