industry trends, and competitors. 11. Crisis Management –
Handle negative feedback and social media crises
effectively. 12. Tools Management – Utilize social media tools
for scheduling, tracking, and reporting. 13. Language Skills –
Proficiency in Arabic & English (reading, writing,
