Strong knowledge of the
construction industry and equipment
Technical English

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical
thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, and organizational
abilities
Hard Skills: Cost estimation and analysis, project
management, financial acumen, risk analysis, and value
engineering
