Location: Kuwait Key Responsibilities: Chocolate & Pastry
Production: Prepare high-quality chocolates, cakes, and desserts
following established recipes and standards. Innovate and develop
new chocolate and cake recipes to enhance the menu. Ensure
consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all
products. Ingredient Management: Source, inspect, and manage
ingredients to maintain freshness and quality. Monitor inventory
levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock
replenishment. Quality Control & Hygiene: Maintain high standards
of hygiene and food safety in compliance with Kuwait’s health
regulations. Ensure all kitchen equipment and workspaces are
clean and well-maintained. Production & Order Management: Plan
and execute daily production schedules to meet store demand. Work
efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours and
special events. Team Collaboration: Work closely with management
and sales teams to align production with customer
preferences. Train and guide junior kitchen staff or مساعدs
when necessary. Creativity & Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the
latest trends in chocolate and pastry arts. Experiment with
flavors, textures, and presentation styles to create unique
offerings. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as a
chocolatier, pastry chef, or specialized cake chef in a similar
role. Skills: Strong expertise in chocolate tempering, cake
decoration, and dessert creation. Ability to work efficiently in
a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for
presentation. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
standards. Availability: Must be currently based in Kuwait and
available for immediate hiring or short notice period. please
