projects simultaneously. Develop and present design proposals to
clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring alignment with
project goals. Design Development: Create detailed architectural
drawings, 3D models, and renderings using software such as Revit,
AutoCAD, SketchUp, and others. Produce high-quality 3D renderings
and animations using Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, and other
visualization tools. Ensure designs comply with all relevant
building codes, regulations, and standards. Collaboration and
Communication: Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other
stakeholders to integrate various aspects of the
design. Coordinate with project managers to ensure designs are
feasible, within budget, and on schedule. Quality
Assurance: Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to junior
architects and design team members. Oversee the preparation of
construction documents and specifications. Innovation and
Trends: Stay updated on the latest architectural trends,
materials, and technologies. Incorporate sustainable design
practices and innovative solutions into projects. Send
