Job Title: Seafood Chef Job Summary: The Seafood Chef is

Cooking: • Prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes,
ensuring high quality and presentation. • Develop and test new
seafood recipes and menu items. 2. Ingredient
Sourcing: • Source and select fresh seafood from reliable
suppliers. • Maintain knowledge of seasonal seafood
availability and sustainability practices. 3. Kitchen
Management: • Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and
guidance in seafood preparation and cooking
techniques. • Manage food inventory, including ordering and
storing seafood products. 4. Quality Control: • Ensure all
dishes are prepared according to restaurant standards and
recipes. • Monitor food safety and sanitation practices in
compliance with health regulations. 5. Collaboration: • Work
closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth
kitchen operations. • Collaborate with management to create
seasonal menus and specials. Qualifications: • Culinary
degree or equivalent experience in seafood cooking. • Proven
experience as a seafood chef or in a similar role. • Strong
knowledge of seafood types, preparation methods, and flavor
profiles. • Excellent cooking skills and creativity in recipe
development. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and
manage multiple tasks. Skills: • Attention to detail and
strong organizational skills. • Good communication and
leadership abilities. • Knowledge of food safety regulations
and best practices. • Ability to work well under pressure and
maintain a positive attitude. Working
Conditions: • Fast-paced kitchen environment with varying
hours, including evenings and weekends. • Physical stamina to
