Job Offer: Junior مساعد (Customer Service) Location: Sharjah
– Industrial Area 3 Position: Junior مساعد (Customer
Service) Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(1-hour break) Job Description: We are looking for a motivated
and responsible individual for the position of Junior مساعد
to support the current manager in daily tasks related to customer
service and simple tasks connected to the operations of a
production and installation company with over a decade of
experience in the air duct and duct conducting industry. This
role offers the opportunity for quick professional growth
depending on the candidate's engagement and
performance. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Receiving
orders and maintaining regular communication with customers,
including reminding them about our offer. Preparing Quotes:
Communicating with customers, preparing simple quotes, and basic
cost calculations based on provided data. Order Processing:
Following up with customers after sending a quote to confirm the
order Scheduling Production Deadlines: Updating production
schedules in coordination with the client and the production
department. Scheduling Deliveries: Organizing simple delivery
schedules for customer orders. Issuing Invoices: Preparing
invoices, delivering them to clients, and monitoring their
collection process, including obtaining checks from
clients. Ordering Materials: Ordering necessary materials for the
production department as well as general supplies needed for the
company’s operations, verifying their receipt and
quality. Document Handling: Organizing and forwarding documents
to the accounting department. Required Skills and
Qualifications: Language Skills: English at a communicative
level. Hindi/Urdu at a communicative level. Arabic
(preferred). Communication skills and the ability to work with
customers. Proficiency in handling documents and basic office
tools. Teamwork and time management skills. A valid driver’s
license and references are an advantage. What We Offer: Visa and
