Reports to: Finance Manager Location: Banquet International
catering services Job Summary: We seek a detail-oriented,
organized, and analytical Accountant to manage financial
transactions, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance
with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have
excellent accounting skills, strong attention to detail, and
ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key
Responsibilities: *Financial Accounting: 1. Record, classify,
and report financial transactions. 2. Prepare journal entries,
balance sheet accounts, and financial statements. 3. Reconcile
accounts, manage accounts payable/receivable, and perform bank
reconciliations. Financial Analysis: 1. Analyze financial data
to identify trends and areas for improvement. 2. Prepare budget
variance analyses and financial forecasts. 3. Develop and
maintain financial models. Other Responsibilities: 1. Maintain
financial records and filing systems. 2. Collaborate with
internal stakeholders (management, departments). 3. Develop and
implement accounting policies/procedures. 4. Stay up-to-date with
accounting regulations and best
practices. Requirements: Education: - Bachelor's degree in
Accounting or related field. Experience: - 5+ years of
accounting experience. - Experience with accounting software (e.g
Ax2012 or Odoo) Skills: - Strong accounting knowledge -
Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
