Factory Operations: Supervising and coordinating daily activities
in the factory to ensure smooth production processes, adherence
to quality standards, and timely completion of tasks. Material
Availability Management: Monitoring material availability,
conducting searches for required materials, and maintaining an
organized inventory system to support uninterrupted production
processes. Accurate Activity Recording: Maintaining detailed
records of daily activities in the factory, documenting key
metrics, production data, and any notable incidents for future
reference and analysis. Financial Process Oversight: Managing
financial processes, including budget tracking, invoicing, and
payment records, to ensure financial transparency and compliance
with company policies. Effective Company Representation:
Demonstrating exceptional presentation skills to represent the
company professionally, both internally and externally,
showcasing a deep understanding of the company's values,
products, and services. Task Management: Efficiently following
and finalizing daily action lists, prioritizing tasks, and
ensuring that each point on the list is completed accurately and
within the specified timeframe. The ideal candidate should
possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail,
excellent communication abilities, financial acumen, and a
proactive approach to problem-solving. They should also be adept
at multitasking, managing priorities effectively, and working
collaboratively with various teams within the organization.
