Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer
and Chief Technology Architect to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in the MERN stack
(MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and experience in developing
mobile applications using either Flutter or React Native. This
role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web and
mobile applications, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and
meet the highest standards of quality. Additionally, the
candidate will be responsible for bringing in the latest
technologies, innovating our tech stack, and serving as the
chief architect of our technology systems. Key
Responsibilities: Web Development • Design, develop, and
maintain web applications using the MERN stack. • Write clean,
efficient, and well-documented code. • Ensure web applications
are scalable, secure, and perform optimally. • Collaborate with
the front-end team to implement responsive and user-friendly
interfaces. • Integrate APIs and third-party services into web
applications. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
promptly. Mobile App Development • Develop mobile applications
using Flutter or React Native. • Design and implement mobile
app features that are intuitive and user-friendly. • Optimize
mobile app performance for various devices and platforms. •
Ensure mobile apps are secure and comply with relevant
guidelines. • Collaborate with the design team to create
visually appealing and consistent UI/UX. Innovation and
Technology Leadership • Act as a key innovator, identifying and
implementing the latest technologies to enhance our tech
stack. • Serve as the chief architect of our technology
systems, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and
industry best practices. • Lead the adoption of new
technologies and frameworks and guide the team in their
implementation. • Develop and maintain a technology roadmap
that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives. •
Foster a culture of innovation within the development team,
encouraging experimentation and learning. General
Responsibilities • Participate in code reviews to maintain high
code quality. • Stay updated with the latest technologies and
trends in web and mobile development. • Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. • Document
code and processes for future reference. • Troubleshoot and
resolve technical issues efficiently. • Mentor junior
developers and provide technical
guidance. Requirements: Available for immediate joining. Willing
to relocate to Oman. Proficient in English, Hindi, and
Malayalam. Technical Skills • 5+ years of experience in
full-stack development using the MERN stack. • Proficiency in
MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js. • Experience with mobile
app development using either Flutter or React Native. • Strong
understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant
frameworks. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API design
principles. • Experience with version control systems like
Git. • Knowledge of testing frameworks and
methodologies. Leadership and Innovation Skills • Proven track
record of innovation and technological leadership. • Ability to
architect complex technology systems and ensure their scalability
and performance. • Strong vision for technological
advancements and the ability to implement them. • Excellent
problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong
communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work in an
agile development environment. • Proactive approach to learning
new technologies and improving existing skills. Preferred
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer
science or a related field. • Experience with cloud platforms
such as AWS or Google Cloud. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
and DevOps practices. • Knowledge of state management libraries
like Redux or MobX. • Experience with TypeScript. •
Certification in architecture or technology leadership is a plus.
