development, implementation, communication, and monitoring of
policies and proceduresn2-Formulating Key Performance Indicators

performance in an accurate manner. n3-Assists with monitoring
managers’ implementation and completion of the all performance
reviews and planning processesn4-Developing and updating job
descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most
important job duties needed from an employee n5-Organize,
coordinate the internalu002 F external training, and set training
evaluations for employees and instructors. n6-Delivering
effective induction programs to familiarize employees with the
company’s culture, benefits, and policies. n7-Supporting and
collaborating on the development of specific initiatives to drive
employee engagement, organizational change, and organizational
effectiveness programsn8-Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys,
and Exit Interviews and analysis reports. n9-Supporting in
Compensation & Benefits projects such as (Salary Grading System -
Benefits Scheme - Rewarding System. nn((Job
requirements))n1-Prefered resident in Cairo . n2-Bachelor’s
degree in human resources or a related fieldn3-At least fouryears
of experience as a Human Resources Managern4-Proficiency in
