وظائف عمل في عمان Rawhi Wellness Clinic, part of
RAWHI pharmacy group is looking for a proactive (Clinical
Pharmacist) with strong research capabilities. Responsibilities:
– Personalized Patient Care and Case Management: Develop and
Implement Individualized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with the
functional medicine team to design and adjust customized
treatment plans, integrating medications, supplements, and
lifestyle changes aligned with anti-aging protocols. Monitor
Patient Progress: Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure adherence
to treatment plans, monitor patient outcomes, and adjust
therapies as necessary. Collaborate with the Healthcare Team:
Work closely with physicians and other team members to ensure
seamless, personalized care for each patient. Protocol and
Medication Management: Oversee Safe and Effective Medication Use
Stay Updated on Best Practices. Adjust Protocols Proactively.
Counseling and Patient Communication: Provide comprehensive
education to patients, ensuring they understand their conditions
and treatments. Offer tailored advice on nutrition, exercise,
sleep hygiene, and stress management to support anti-aging and
overall health goals. Operational Support and Compliance: Ensure
that patient records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory
requirements. Monitor and control the stock of medications,
supplements, and other supplies to maintain smooth clinic
operations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the
development of new protocols and operational strategies.
Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Doctor of
Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Skills: – Strong research abilities
to identify, evaluate, and apply the latest evidence-based
practices in functional medicine and anti-aging protocols. –
Expertise in developing and implementing personalized medication,
lifestyle, and supplement protocols tailored to individual
patient needs. – Ability to manage multiple patient cases
effectively while maintaining precision in documentation and
follow-ups. – Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate
effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare
professionals. – Excellent verbal and written communication
skills to provide patient education and ensure smooth internal
communication. – Analytical thinking to monitor and adjust
