Architect Engineer (part-time) required for freelance Jobs وظف دوت كوم

Key Requirements: 1. Membership with the Kuwait Society of
Engineers (KSE). 2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Kuwait,
with comprehensive knowledge of Kuwait's Building Code,
Building Conditions, and Specifications in Kuwait
Municipality. 3. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit / AutoCAD, 2D/3D
Design. 4. Strong experience with architectural building
materials. 5. Skilled in Building Information Modeling
(BIM). Responsibilities: 1. Develop and enhance architectural
designs with a strong understanding of the design process
and the interfaces between various design disciplines. 2. Utilize
at least 5+ years of experience as a Design Architect within an
engineering consultancy. 3. Apply knowledge of Health and Safety
standards in design. 4. Incorporate Fire & Life Safety principles
into all designs. 5. Integrate Sustainable Design principles
throughout projects. 6. Ensure full compliance with Statutory
Authorities' requirements and regulations. 7. Deliver designs and
project documentation in a timely manner. Additional
Information: 1. This is a part-time and remotely (from home)
position, no need for residency transfer. 2. Ideal for candidates
