We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to
join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will: 1. Lead design
projects from concept to completion. 2. Define project
requirements and establish schedules during the "brief." 3.
Interpret and translate customer needs into initial design
plans. 4. Set costs and project fees in alignment with the
budget. 5. Research and source materials and products. 6. Create
“sample” and “mood boards” to present to clients. 7.
Oversee progress on-site to ensure the design vision is
implemented. 8. Collaborate closely with designers, decorators,
architects, and constructors. 9. Stay updated on industry trends,
evolution, and best practices. Required Skills: 1. Proven not
less than 5+ years of experience in decorating interior spaces,
including consultations, renovations, space planning, and
new constructions. 2. Experience as an Interior Designer with
on-site experience. 3. Ability to transform sketches/drawings
into actionable execution plans. 4. Solid knowledge of
fit-outs. 5. Capable of managing various multi-functional
suppliers. 6. Bilingual proficiency is preferred. 7. Proficiency
in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design
programs. 8. Highly flexible and adaptable to project demands. 9.
Must have a valid Kuwait driving license. 10. Expertise in
layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture,
and all installations. 11. Strong portfolio demonstrating
previous works and creative talent. 12. Excellent communication
and presentation skills. 13. Strong project management
skills. 14. Ability to work both independently and
