Position: Civil Engineer (Part-Time) Requirements: 1. Must hold
membership in the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE). 2. Minimum
of 5+ years of experience in Kuwait, with a strong understanding
of Kuwait's Building Code, Building Conditions, and
Specifications. 3. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, 2D/3D
Structures Designs. 4. Experience in working with architectural
building materials. 5. Hands-on experience with BIM (Building
Information Modeling). Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and present
project proposals to project owners. 2. Ensure compliance with
building codes and regulations. 3. Collaborate effectively with
architects. 4. Monitor project progress and make necessary
adjustments. 5. At least 5+ years of experience working in
engineering consultancy as a Design Architect. 6. Deliver designs
and project documentation on time. Preferred Candidates: 1.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 2. Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities. 3. Ability to perform
under pressure and meet deadlines. 4. Keen attention to detail
and strong organizational skills. 5. A team player who can work
effectively in a collaborative environment. Skills: 1.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software. 2. Solid
knowledge of construction materials and techniques. 3. Strong
understanding of building codes and regulations. 4. Excellent
project management capabilities. 5. Ability to read and interpret
blueprints and technical drawings. Additional Information: 1.
This is a part-time and remotely (from home) position, no need
for residency transfer. 2. Ideal for candidates who are currently
employed and looking for an additional source of income during
