Accountant Cum ProcurementA leading HVAC & Gypsum contracting
company is seeking a skilled Accountant and Procurement handler
to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in the
Accounting field and be capable of handling both accounting and
procurement functions, including supplier management and
inquiries. Key Responsibilities:•tManage day-to-day accounting
tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and
general ledger entries.•tPrepare and analyse financial
statements and reports.•tEnsure accurate and timely tax filings
and compliance with UAE financial regulations.•tHandle payroll
processing and maintain employee financial records.•tReconcile
bank statements and ensure proper financial
documentation.•tSource and negotiate with suppliers for
products, ensuring cost efficiency and timely
deliveries.•tDevelop and maintain relationships with existing
and new suppliers, particularly in the hotel supplies
industry.•tManage procurement orders, track inventory levels,
and handle purchase requests.•tEnsure the timely and accurate
delivery of goods, following up with suppliers and logistics
teams as needed.•tAnalyze market trends to identify cost-saving
opportunities.•tFollow up on supplier inquiries and resolve any
issues related to procurement or deliveries.•tAddress customer
and client inquiries regarding orders and product
availability.•tCoordinate with internal departments to ensure
the seamless flow of procurement
activities.Requirements:•tBachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.•tProven
experience in both accounting and procurement roles, preferably
in the Air conditioning industry.•tStrong knowledge of UAE
accounting laws and tax regulations.•tExcellent organizational
and negotiation skills.•tProficiency in accounting
software.•tAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently and
meet deadlines.•tGood communication skills in English &
Hindi.•tCandidates should be available to join immediately.
