Job Description:
- Defining/determine project objectives,
project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Predict
resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an
effective and efficient manner.
- Outlining a budget based
on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on
budget.
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key
project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Managing
delivery of the project according to this plan.
- Manage
contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and
communicating expected deliverables.
- Utilize industry best
practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project
execution.
- Tracking project and providing regular reports
on project status to management and key stakeholders.

Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule
and / or budget.
- Identifying and mitigating potential
risks.
- Managing the relationship and communication with
the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is
delivered to their satisfaction.
- Measure project
performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor
progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Support other
team members as and when required.
- Represent the company
on internal and external committees/organizations.

working with high-end residential or commercial interiors.
Familiarity with furniture sourcing and import/export
logistics
Combination of office work and on-site project
supervision
resolve issues that arise during the project
lifecycle
Flexibility to accommodate after-hours commitments
as needed
Willingness to work on weekends when
necessary
Flexibility to travel as needed
