Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations across our fashion, beauty, training, and sales business divisions. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting expertise, hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, and the ability to manage accounting, reporting, controls, and compliance in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
Handle inventory accounting, sales reconciliation, POS reconciliation, and cost tracking for retail and beauty products.
Manage accounting for training services, customer billing, revenue recognition, and collections.
Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Lead and optimize accounting processes using Odoo ERP, including system controls, reporting, and data accuracy.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor internal controls and support process improvement initiatives.
Assist management in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5–8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, retail, training, or service sectors.
Strong working knowledge of Odoo ERP is mandatory.
Experience in inventory, retail sales, training/service accounting, and VAT compliance.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
