- We are looking for a Saudi national female based in Riyadh for the role of she2030 eLearning Manager to design, implement and operate upskilling eLearning solution for she2030 community of Saudi women entrepreneurs and professionals. Reporting to the she 2030 Saudi Team Leader you will be building a unique she2030 upskilling eLearning offer and integrating best-in-class eLearning solutions from international providers. You will also work with she2030 international mentors. You will analyse & determine the Saudi women entrepreneurs and professionals upskilling needs and plan the eLearning development roadmap. We work in an rapid and agile development process, which means that we work in short, fast bursts toward a larger vision.

Key Responsibilities

Manage she2030 Upskilling Roadmap

• Work to identify curriculum requirements, set priorities, and develop the roadmap

• Coordinate internal and external eLearning team & resources to ensure a seamless progression in developing the roadmap

• Communicate, document and follow-through on all projects so status is known and delivery target are attained.

Manage she2030 Mentors Team

• Communicate with high-profile she2030 international mentors to share the mentoring needs and requirements of she2030 community.

• Ensure the Mentors and the Mentees understand the vision of she2030 and are able to engage in efficient and seamless mentoring activities.

• Provide efficient customer support for she2030 mentoring services.

• Oversee the technology platform for delivery of she2030 mentoring services in collaboration with she2030 technical team.

Integrate with she2030 eLearning providers

• Coordinating with international eLearning providers, communicate on she2030 requirements.

• Be in charge of integrating she2030 eLearning providers services into she2030 upskilling platform in collaboration with technical teams.

• Test, report, improve the integrations with the third parties.

• Qualify new third parties offers to be integrated to she2030 upskilling platform.

Ensure content is kept updated

• Coordinating with instructional designers, ensure that the customer experience for accessing she2030 upskilling services is seamless and inline with the customer’s goals

• Contribute directly to the development of eLearning content

• Share the workload with your team; this is definitely a hands-on role

Marketing support & presales

• Work with the marketing team to build product packages & the marketing collaterals.

• Work with sales team for presales activity.

• Identify unmet needs related to providing the best possible customer experience through effective training and take action

Expected Skills & Experiences:

• Working experience in instructional design and eLearning courseware development

• Demonstrated experience with assessment/evaluation techniques

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision and seek input when direction is unclear

• Strong project management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines

• Strong proponent of change and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities

• Understanding of product development processes, from conception through course or product release
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business or related field
3-5 years of professional experience with 2+ years experience in a eLearning preferred
Experience managing outside subject matter experts preferred
Instructional design, writing and design skills will be helpful
Exposure to compliance and designing content and products for a compliance training program preferred
Strong organizational skills
