Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the wiring devices field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of electrical wiring devices. This role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our wiring devices.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product line and stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and technical departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical or wiring devices industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electrical wiring devices and industry standards.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
