- The Electrical Lead Technician is responsible for overseeing electrical installations and maintenance tasks. They will supervise a team of technicians, ensure compliance with safety standards, and troubleshoot electrical issues. This role requires a strong knowledge of electrical systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance and support.

- Plan and schedule electrical installation and maintenance tasks.

- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.

- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs or replacements as necessary.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.

- Manage electrical inventory and ensure availability of necessary supplies and equipment.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

- Train and mentor technicians to improve their technical skills.
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification or diploma in electrical systems or a related field
Proven experience in electrical installations and maintenance
