- Manage and lead efforts to qualify the factory with government ministries, regulatory bodies, and relevant organizations.

- ‏Ensure the factory complies with all local and international standards and regulations.

- ‏Prepare and submit required documentation, applications, and reports for factory certifications and approvals.

- ‏Coordinate with internal departments to align production and operations with certification requirements.

- ‏Build and maintain relationships with representatives from ministries, regulatory agencies, and certifying bodies.

- ‏Monitor updates and changes in regulations, ensuring timely compliance and adaptation.

- ‏Develop and implement strategies to enhance the factory’s compliance and operational standards.
‏Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
‏3+ years of experience in development, compliance, or certification roles (preferably in a manufacturing or panel board factory)
‏Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia, including SASO, SEC, and other relevant authorities
‏Excellent project management and organizational skills
‏Strong communication and negotiation skills for liaising with external parties
‏Proficiency in preparing and managing technical and regulatory documentation
‏Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
