We're Hiring Accountant — Muscat, Oman
Are you a finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a real impact? We're a growing fintech company in Muscat looking for a sharp, driven Accountant to join our team and take full ownership of our finance function.

What You'll Be Doing
You won't just be crunching numbers — you'll be at the core of our financial operations, supporting decisions that shape the company's future. Your responsibilities will include managing the full accounting cycle, preparing monthly and annual financial reports, building cash flow forecasts, ensuring tax and IFRS compliance, coordinating audits, and delivering insights directly to leadership and investors.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum 6 years of experience in fintech, banking, or financial institutions
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a strong plus
Solid knowledge of Omani tax laws and IFRS
Proven ability to manage the full finance cycle independently
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or ERP systems
Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Integrity, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
