Overview:

- As an engineering and project management company, Cegelec Saudi, a subsidiary of VINCI Energies, offers its clients a wide range of expertise in the field of services (Contracts, Engineering and Maintenance Inspection, Commissioning and Training), Projects (specialized turnkey EPCs: Electricity, automation, instrumentation, control and technical assistance.

- We are looking for a HR manager based in AL KHOBAR (KSA), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.



Main responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

- Manage the recruitment and selection process - School relationships

- Manage career management and staff mobility

- Manage employee’s administration

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Manage monthly & quarterly HR reporting
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive in the industry sector
People oriented and results driven
Knowledge of HR processes & policies
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Expertise in employee’s administration and recruitment of technical profile
