• Achieve the sales target requested by management in terms of number of new clients.
• Retain current customers, approach new potential customers and restore business relation with old customers.
• Search and explore potential markets.
• Find potential clients and convert them into actual customers than following up to reach a wider client base.
• Handling the customers sales inquiries.
• Study the export & logistics market and potential customers and identify the best approach for prospecting new clients and current clients’ development.
• Develop a sales information system including customer database and keeping it updated and available on time to support the decision-making process.
• Continually attempting to penetrate new markets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth handling of the clients` requirements.
A bachelor's degree in business or any science related fields
3 – 6 years of experience in the same field
Excellent communication & sales skills
Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks
The ability to working and communicate cross-functionally
Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
Ability to deal with different customers & how to convince them
Excellent presentation & negotiate & time management skills
Excellent Knowledge of MS office
