planned and executed to exceed expectations. Job Summary: We
are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction
Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects, from
start to finish. You will ensure projects are completed on time,
within budget, and according to safety
regulations. Responsibilities:  Oversee all aspects of
construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting,
quality control, application of the critical path method (CPM)
for project scheduling, and ensure engineers follow established
checklists on site.  Manage subcontractors and ensure their
work meets project specifications.  Coordinate with
architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.  Oversee
engineers, assign tasks [Engineer’s & Worker’s], delegate
effectively, and follow up on completion of assigned
checklists.  Maintain a safe work environment and comply with
all safety regulations.  Track project progress, prepare and
handle weekly reports for both the client and company
president. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in
construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
(or equivalent experience).  Minimum 10 years of experience
in construction management.  Must car with
license.  Proven track record of successfully completing
projects on time and within budget.  Strong leadership,
communication, and interpersonal skills.  Excellent
problem-solving and decision-making skills.  Proficient in
construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ..).  Experience
with the critical path method (CPM) for project
scheduling.  Handle the client & get the
