Company Description Smart Security and Buildings Automation
Company based in Oman, Muscat City. Role Description This is
a full-time on-site role located in Masqaţ, Oman for an Account
& Administrator. The Account & Administrator will be responsible
for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices,
conducting audits, managing accounts payable and receivable, and
providing administrative support to the team and in the office.
He must have the knowledge and skills to handle project cost
calculation & estimation. Qualifications Any degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of
experience in accounting or finance Knowledge of accounting
regulations and procedures Experience with Odoo ERP & accounting
software. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
Excel Ability to prioritize tasks and work
independently Excellent verbal and written communication
skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain
accuracy of financial records Familiarity with administrative
tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and record keeping Apply
