Job Title: Warehouse Manager Location: Muscat and Salalah Job
Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated
and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse
operations for 55 Coffee in Muscat and Salalah. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing
warehouse processes, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of
supplies to our cafes. The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial
role in maintaining efficient operations while adhering to
quality, safety, and compliance standards. Key
Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain
accurate inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock
situations. Implement strategies to optimize stock turnover and
minimize obsolete inventory. Order Fulfillment: Oversee the
timely and accurate fulfillment of orders to ensure cafes have
the required supplies. Monitor and reduce order backlog through
efficient warehouse processes. Supplier Relations: Evaluate and
manage supplier performance, ensuring reliability, quality, and
timely deliveries. Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to
optimize cost and service levels. Operational
Efficiency: Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts,
maximizing space utilization. Continuously improve warehouse
turnaround time and overall operational efficiency. Quality
Control: Ensure the accuracy and quality of picked and shipped
products, minimizing order errors. Implement measures to reduce
shrinkage and improve product handling practices. Team
Leadership: Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring
high levels of productivity and morale. Conduct regular
performance reviews and provide training to enhance
skills. Technology Adoption: Implement and leverage warehouse
management systems and other technology tools for improved
efficiency. Stay updated on industry best practices and
technology advancements. Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs): Inventory Accuracy Order Fulfillment Time Stock
Turnover Supplier Performance Cost per Unit Handled Space
Utilization Order Accuracy Return Rate Warehouse Turnaround
Time Shrinkage Rate Order Backlog Transportation Costs Technology
Utilization Forecast Accuracy Compliance with Regulatory
Standards Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain
Management, Logistics, or a related field. Proven experience in
warehouse management, preferably in the food and beverage
industry. Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and
supply chain best practices. Excellent leadership and team
management skills. Proficiency in using warehouse management
systems and other relevant technology. Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of environmental
sustainability practices is a plus. How to Apply: Interested
